What the interview tools do
The brief sets out the likely stages, themes and questions for the role and maps them to evidence already in your resume, so you can see which examples to prepare. Mock interviews let you practise realistic questions for that role and get feedback on what landed, what was vague and how to tighten it.
Interview preparation and mock interviews are part of Pro and Pro Plus, with a monthly session allowance shown on the pricing page. Role details and your practice answers are processed by Luceria's AI providers to build the brief and feedback.

Using the AI coach alongside
On paid plans, the AI coach can help with follow-up questions, such as which example best fits a competency or how to explain a gap. It works from the context in your workspace and is software, not a person.
When a person helps more
Some people prepare best with live practice and human judgement, especially for senior roles or after several interviews that did not go well. Luceria's directory lists independent career coaches who set their own prices and take bookings through their own providers. Luceria does not send your resume or applications to them.
After the interview
