Keep application documents connected to the work
Luceria Documents keeps the current CV and role-specific drafts available to the workflows that use them. Supported files can be read, reviewed, edited and exported without losing which application they belong to.
What this feature does not claim
Text extraction depends on the source file. Scans, complex tables and unusual layouts may need manual review. The user should inspect exported documents before sending them.
Why do application documents become hard to manage?
Tailoring creates versions quickly: one for an analyst role, another for operations, a cover letter for each and perhaps a document changed again after feedback. Filenames alone are a poor record of why a version exists.
Luceria connects a draft to its source CV and the target opportunity. That context makes it easier to find the right version and reduces the risk of sending a document with the wrong employer name or emphasis.
What happens when a CV is uploaded?
Supported PDF and Word files are read into structured text so Luceria can display and work with the content. The original layout and the extracted text are different things, so parsing results should be checked—especially for scans, columns and graphics.
Once the content is available, the user can preview the document, edit supported sections and select it as the source for a tailored draft.
How should an exported CV be checked?
Open the downloaded Word or PDF file and review page breaks, dates, contact details, bullet alignment and every employer-specific reference. A clean preview inside the app does not remove the need for a final document check.
The same rule applies to sharing. Luceria can prepare the file, but the user chooses where it goes and should confirm that the intended version is attached.

Are uploaded CVs public?
No. Private documents are account data and are not included in public pages or search indexes.
