Profile helps categorise information the user provides. It should not infer protected characteristics, invent qualifications or convert a weak association into a claimed skill.

A CV leaves things out to stay readable. Volunteer work, projects, caring responsibilities, travel planning, informal leadership and skills developed outside a formal title may all contain relevant evidence without belonging in every version.
A career profile keeps that wider material available. The user can decide which evidence belongs in a particular application instead of asking one document to carry an entire working life.
How does skills mapping support a stronger pitch?
Skills become useful when they are attached to examples. 'Organisation' is weak on its own; coordinating diaries, deadlines and confidential records explains what the capability looked like in practice.
Luceria can categorise evidence and connect related terms, but the user remains responsible for whether a suggested link is true. The goal is better translation, not a longer list of unsupported labels.
