Accessibility statement
Last reviewed 6 August 2026 · applies to luceria.careers
Our target
Luceria targets WCAG 2.2 level AA across the public site, the application, organisation programme portals and the organisation dashboard. This statement describes where we actually are against that target — including what does not conform yet.
What is in place today
- Colour contrast: the design system's token pairs are verified against WCAG ratios by automated tests in both light and dark themes, and organisation-branded surfaces derive their palettes through a contrast-enforcing engine that adjusts any failing colour rather than rendering it.
- Keyboard operability and visible focus on interactive surfaces; dialogs trap and restore focus; forms carry programmatic labels and error associations.
- Touch targets on member-facing programme surfaces are at least 44px tall; motion is restrained and honours reduced-motion preferences where animation exists.
- Semantic landmarks and heading structure on new surfaces.
Known limitations
- A full manual screen-reader pass of every legacy screen has not yet been completed; some older application screens may have unlabelled icons or imperfect reading order.
- Some data visualisations (application funnels, charts) convey information visually with text alternatives that summarise rather than fully replicate them.
- Third-party embedded content (e.g. a meeting-booking widget) is governed by its provider's accessibility support.
We publish this list rather than claiming full conformance; it shrinks as issues are fixed, and this page is updated when it does.
Tell us about an accessibility problem
If anything here is hard to use with your setup, email team@luceria.careers with the page and what happened. Accessibility reports are treated as defects, not feedback.
Enforcement procedure
If you contact us about accessibility and are not satisfied with the response, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) enforces the accessibility regulations in Great Britain via the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
