No — and no honest tool can. It helps you go in more prepared and less rattled: clearer on the stages, rehearsed on the hard questions, and grounded in your own evidence. The performance on the day, and the decision, are the employer's.
Does it work for any role or industry?+
Yes. The brief and mock interviews adapt to the role you paste in — graduate scheme, apprenticeship, a mid-career move, a promotion panel or a career change. It works from the specific role, not a generic template.
Is interview preparation included in the free plan?+
No. Interview prep and mock interviews are part of Pro (3 sessions a month) and Pro Plus (8). A free account still covers resume tailoring within its monthly allowance, the free ATS check and free application tracking.
Can I practise with a person instead?+
Yes. Luceria's career-coach directory is where independent human coaches who help with interviews are listed. Each coach runs their own practice, sets their own prices and takes bookings through their own booking provider; Luceria doesn't send them your resume.
What happens to my data when I use interview preparation?+
Role details and your practice answers are processed by Luceria's AI providers (listed on the sub-processors page) to build briefs and feedback. The privacy policy explains how each processor handles it.
