Using Luceria
Luceria's AI coach and independent human coaches

How the AI coach works
The AI coach answers questions about applications, resumes, interviews and decisions using the context in your workspace, so you do not have to explain your search each time. When it suggests a change, such as a new task or a stage move, the change happens only after you confirm it. Your messages and the context needed to answer them are processed by Luceria's AI providers.
How the directory works
Each coach applies to be listed and Luceria reviews the profile before it appears. A listing is not an accreditation: credentials show as self-reported unless Luceria has checked them against the issuer's public register. Coaches handle availability, payment, rescheduling and the session themselves.
Luceria does not send your resume, applications or account details to coaches. The directory is new and lists only reviewed profiles, so it may not yet have a coach for every need.
When each tends to help
Illustrative example
Matching the support to the situation
- Quick, practical questions between applications, such as which example fits a question: the AI coach.
- Choosing between two career directions, or rebuilding confidence after redundancy: a human coach.
- Rehearsing for a senior interview with live challenge: a human coach, perhaps after AI practice.
- Turning feedback into concrete edits and tasks in your workspace: the AI coach.
Common questions
Does Luceria take a cut of coaching fees?
No. Coaches set their own prices and take payment through their own booking provider; Luceria does not take session payments.
Can I become a listed coach?
Independent coaches can apply from a free account. An application never publishes anything; each listing is reviewed first.
