Which requirements should be handled first?

Separate legal work authorization, mandatory credentials and genuine licenses from preferences or learnable tools. Do not use creative wording to conceal an absent hard requirement.

Then group the role's main work: customer responsibility, analysis, delivery, leadership, safety or another concrete demand.

How do you select the right resume evidence?

Find an example for each major demand and state what the applicant did, under what conditions and with what result or responsibility. Evidence may transfer from a different industry.

Move the strongest examples earlier and trim older or less relevant detail. Tailoring is selection, not keyword replacement alone.

How do you finish the tailored resume?

Check accurate terminology, dates, names, metrics, readable headings and text extraction. Review the Word or PDF export rather than assuming the editor view is final.

The applicant should be able to explain every bullet. Unsupported precision or impressive wording weakens trust.

Common questions

Should I change my job titles?

Keep official titles accurate. A clarifying functional label may be added where truthful and clearly distinguished.

How many keywords should I add?

There is no useful fixed number. Use important role terms naturally where evidence supports them.

Should every resume be one page?

No. Keep it concise and relevant; length depends on experience and employer expectations.

Can Luceria tailor without fabricating?

Yes. Its grounding rules are designed to translate real evidence, not invent a career.
